Refund policy

EcoStiks cannot guarantee we will process your email for a request to change an order before it is printed and shipped.  However, when possible, we will accommodate your request.  

We want you to feel satisfied about your purchase!

If you are not happy with your EcoStiks™, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your EcoStiks™. We will be unable to replace or refund any orders brought to our attention after 14. days of confirmed delivery. 

We will do whatever it takes to make you feel good about your purchase and fix any issues with the quality of your order. 

Keep in mind each EcoStiks™ is handcrafted with love and may vary in size, shape and color.
